You will learn about the hidden opportunities for the development of the novice designer. You will make a selection of your favorite studios and analyze them to understand what skills you need to pump up to reach a similar level.
Visual research: looking for inspiration in the world around you
You will understand why it is important for a designer to get away from the computer. Learn to look for ideas for projects in books, nature, music, film, and even city walks. Understand that inspiration is a skill you can develop.
Filling Form with Meaning
From the materials of the previous module you will assemble a presentation. Learn to work with tools for structuring references: Pinterest, Miro.
What projects there are and how to plan your work
You will learn what tasks you will have to solve depending on the type of the project. Learn how to determine deadlines, ask the right questions to the customer and conduct a briefing.
Choosing a project
You will get acquainted with the three briefs and choose a project on which you will work by the end of the course.
Working on the Task: Preparation and Techniques
You will learn to gradually immerse yourself in the project, to work with associations and metaphors, and to make a mind-map. At the end of the module you will make sketches.
Bonus Module. Don’t look for references alone – where else to look for references without stealing them.

You will put together a logical structure of the presentation, apply storytelling, and work with interactive tools. Learn how to present your work in a cool way.

Finish working on the project and present it to the supervisor.
